It was a child-friendly hotel that covered all our needs. Breakfast was excellent, lots of good food. The property itself was in a secure area, so close to beach and downtown area and the center.

The hotel was delightful and clean everywhere. Absolutely amazing staff in the whole property. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it.

We loved this hotel and its IMMACULATE staff and location. Eco-friendly venue in a local area of Santa Cruz. Btw, went to city center, located not too far away from the hotel. The venue provided starbucks in the reception. What's mote - there was very good internet.

Everything was simply great. Decent location; really kind staff. Fairly clean room and large bathroom. A few times I ate at Laili Restaurant, located not very far from the hotel. Very quick check-in.

Every time in Santa Cruz we stay in this hotel. We had sofa bed and we all slept well. Besides, parking was available. We liked breakfast that was included.

Great stay, as always. Everything was very clean. Westside Santa Cruz district deserves your attention. For breakfast they offered breads, eggs, yogurt, bacon and hot waffles.

overall, it's comfortable base for exploring santa cruz attractions. room was good value. the restaurant was located within 300 metres. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Very close to many local attractions, including the santa cruz beach, which is just 10 mins on foot. Breakfast selection was large. Free parking was provided to the guests. Perfect for city trip...

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like The Buttery that was only 10 minutes' walk away. All in all really pleasant stay.
